POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Brand Manager will work closely with other marketing professionals to build and grow a successful brand. You will manage Facebook/Instagram ads and Google Adwords at scale. You will manage marketing funnels and client-facing websites. You will send email broadcasts and communicate with large audiences. You will create custom automation and workflows with Zapier that allow you to pass data between marketing platforms.

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Brand Manager to partner with our marketing team at our corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona. This is a salaried position, full-time, onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Facebook and Google ad accounts. These tasks include (but are not limited to) monitoring ad spend, tracking conversions and KPIs, editing and refreshing creatives, and general campaign/adset/ad maintenance.

  • Manage funnel pages and optimizing for conversions.

  • Work with the videography team to film professional and high-quality advertisements.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with the broader marketing team, fulfillment team, and sales team.

  • Report on performance with focus on profitability and long-term value.

  • Report directly to the VP of Marketing at our organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to prove 2+ years of experience managing ad spend at scale on Facebook.

  • Ability to prove 2+ years of experience managing ad spend at scale on Google.

  • Minimum of 2+ years in a role that involves copywriting.

  • The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in these areas.

  • The ideal candidate has experience marketing in the info/consulting space.

  • The ideal candidate has extensive experience with ClickFunnels and Zapier.

SALARY

  • Total Range: $40,000 - $45,000

  • Base salary is dependent on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Brand Talent Scout to identify and develop relationships with potential Brands. Establishing initial contact and engagement through networking, in-person and social media outlets. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively seeking to identify new brands

  • Connect and educate the prospect brand on the culture of NRE

  • Arrange meetings between the potential brand and NRE senior leaders

  • Networking through social media and in-person events

  • Create a “Brand Scout” strategy

  • Creating brand events to identify prospects 

  • Gathering and sharing potential brand details with senior leaders, if possible (sales, cost, profit, etc…)

  • Works closely with Public Relations Representative & Senior Recruiter, as needed

  • Maintain and foster a positive company image

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience with Marketing, Talent Scouting (Head Hunting), and Public Relations

  • Exceptional relationship building skills

  • Familiarity with contacts and negotiations

  • Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)

  • Confidence, creativity and problem-solving aptitude

  • Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus

POSITION SUMMARY

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product. Must maintain good communication with your team on the timeline of the completion of your tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Video editor with strong experience using the Creative Cloud. Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop being essential.

  • Video editor with experience editing media for paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads).

  • Experience in a marketing role with an understanding of how to optimize media for conversions.

  • Experience with motion graphics and text animations.

  • A lifelong learner with a growth mindset who values making a difference in the lives of others.

  • High attention to detail and professional design.

  • Ability to manage numerous ongoing projects with poise (multi-tasker)

  • Willingness to be flexible and open to new challenges as the business needs evolve

  • People Person

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take raw footage from our videography team and turn it into world-class media to be used in both paid and organic social media marketing.

  • Meet with the marketing team to establish the desired feel and look for the video to be created.

  • Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format

  • Operate the entire Creative Cloud suite.

  • Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation

  • Improve video and sound quality using various video software

  • Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project

  • Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to client's specifications
