HR Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of HR and Payroll functions. You will need to have a broad knowledge of Human Resources to effectively support employees and the growing business. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years in an HR administrative support role

  • Payroll experience preferred

  • High level of written and verbal communication

  • Ability to be flexible 

  • Organizational skills and time management, a must

  • Computer Literacy

  • Proper phone etiquette - You are representing the values and intellect of our company

  • Well versed in Microsoft Word or Google Suite (Especially Excel or Google Spreadsheets)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process payroll weekly

  • Create Contracts for 1099 

  • Track Non-Disclosure Agreements

  • New Hire Onboarding 

    • Welcome emails to new hires

    • Maintain onboarding paperwork

    • Setup in Gusto

    • Create emails & signatures

  • Handles tax changes/forms for all employees

  • Administer company benefits

  • Liaison between the employee and the insurance provider

  • Track PTO & Sick time

  • Send weekly & monthly surveys

  • Assist with performance reviews, terminations and exit interviews

  • Maintain contractor list weekly for finance 

  • Point of contact for any HR related issues or concerns

POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Coordinators' main responsibility will be to support the Brand Face(s) on a daily basis. In this position, you must be dedicated to relationship building, coordinating information, and delivering on commitments while keeping a positive and 'forward-thinking” attitude. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years in an administrative support role

  • High level of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, empathy for others, social skills (relationship building and management)

  • Ability to be flexible 

  • Organizational skills, a must

  • Computer Literacy

  • Proper phone etiquette - You are representing the values and intellect of our company

  • Well versed in Microsoft Word or Google Suite (Especially Excel or Google Spreadsheets)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating and leading weekly one on one’s with Brand Faces

  • Attending weekly internal brand meetings to effectively communicate incoming and outgoing updates to Brand Faces

  • Supporting Brand Faces visions and ideas; ability to articulate to the internal teams and update Brand Faces on the progress

  • Liaison between Brand Face and NRE Brand Leads

  • Working closely with the NRE Project Manager to coordinate Advertisement shoots, content shoots,  VSL recordings, and/or other deadlines, as given.

  • Full-time

SALARY

  • $48,000-$52,000 Depending on Experience
