We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative with a proven track record! You will be responsible for utilizing your sales expertise to bring on new clients to our business. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with potential students who have reached out showing interest in our education and services. Warm appointments are scheduled directly with you by the client and there is no cold calling or doing your own prospecting.

We are looking for a Franchise Sales Director. This position is fully remote for the foreseeable future and we will consider qualified candidates located anywhere in the USA.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Meet/exceed monthly quota targets by selling franchises to prospective buyers.

  • Drive the affiliation process (i.e. conducting appropriate due diligence, negotiations, etc.)

  • Create and work a business plan to achieve growth goals by identifying, advancing, and closing deals.

  • Execute and convert the franchise application process– review due diligence, legal documents, and budgets and coordinate the timely movement of documents for corporate processing and approvals.

  • Coordinate and lead virtual meetings and discussions continued throughout the sales process

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Prior experience selling Franchises (required) in any industry (real estate a huge plus)

  • Proven sales success in a diverse sales environment; comfortable with facilitating deals virtually.

  • Minimum of 3 yrs. consultative sales experience.

  • Stellar in-person, telephone, and virtual presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of sales process: transactions, legal docs, and growth models.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading financial statements.

  • Tech-savvy: Google docs, virtual technology, social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and similar applications.

  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly and annual growth targets.

  • Superb time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet desired objectives with minimal supervision.
