Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a beginner to intermediate Tech Support Specialist, IT professionals to be a support extraordinaire.

If you have a heart for supporting people in their use of technology, this position is for you.

Looking for a hungry self-starter, higher education not needed, proper attitude, and the willingness & ability to learn is more important than what experience you have. We prefer training and equipping candidates over asking them to rethink how things may be done. A history in sales and service is a definite bonus.

Our goal for this position is to find a passionate and quick learning IT professional that we can empower to grow into a veteran systems admin. Experience in low code systems and knowledge of APIs is a bonus. Experience in Gsuite enterprise systems is necessary. Hands-on support will never go away and we will always need professionals that love our staff to answer the call to “turn it off and on again.” We put people first on our teams and passion, and patience, for empowering people with tech tools is a must. We are confident we can equip an eager learner.

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets for general support

  • Able to thrive in “figure it out” scenarios.

  • Create and support workflow automation for our team to boost productivity

  • Support a user-base of ~40 mac users (with team member support) predominantly mac, with some PC users

  • Log issues in PM software and track time and notes for resolution

  • PC equipment inventory

  • New Hire PC set up

  • Other duties as assigned
